A favorite appetizer of all kids and a familiar dish for all Thais. It’s indeed an easy-to-make one. Let’s get started from the salad cream. Thoroughly whisk a yolk with sugar, salt, condensed milk, vinegar, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Put the bowl with your ingredients inside over top a pot of boiling water.
Gradually pour some water in and put a pinch of pepper. Spread the salad cream on the bread, place pork floss and do the same for another 4 times to layer your sandwich. Cut it half and there you go!
